POWERPOINT TUTORIALS
match-game-play.gifOne of the goals I had in creating this site was to provide simple tutorials for educators to enhance technology integration in the classroom.  Some the tutorials that will be highlighted are using interactive powerpoint gaming formats.  There are many out there on the web, in fact I have provided six here on this site that I have custom created for teachers and for conferences where I teach “Hands On Workshops”.   These match-game.gifvideos focus intently on using “Triggers” in MS PowerPoint.  One thing about triggers, is they will only work with PowerPoint XP (2002) and above (2003, 2007).  Even using a interactive presentation requires the PowerPoint Viewer XP or 2003.  It is a great tool to use and provides a lot of flexibility for professionals.  Besides using the typical – hyperlinks, or “hotspots”, it really puts the control into the creators hand.
